“Poor quality.”

The only thing I liked was the price and closeness to the freeway. The bedding. The pictures made it look like nice quality bedding but it is a cheap white thin blanket over a brown fleece one. There was only two pillows for two people. I prefer 2 person. There was no remote for the tv. Found out later that they keep them with them at check in and the guy never gave us one. The bathroom door had a huge crack you could see inside of it. We only got two small towels to use and they were thin. There was no towel for the floor to step in when you get out of the shower. The shampoo they give is in a package not a bottle. Never seen that before. To me it was like a motel versus a hotel. I would not stay there again

A ton of parking and the staff were super friendly, but there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room.

The Taco Bell right next door is a huge plus, and honestly there was nothing negative – it was an amazing place.

“You’ll be smoke stained long after you leave”

I never thought smoking rooms still existed, but they do, and I don't understand why. The moment I opened the door the room was filled with the worst possible smoker smell. It was as basic as it gets; the counters were stained and dirty. It seemed like they invested more in the front office than in the rooms. I asked for an extra blanket because the smoke lingered so badly, but they said none were available. We slept with our hoodies over our noses because the stale stench would give you a headache when you woke up. Even after buying sprays, nothing helped.
