The staff were very friendly, they waited for me at the port exit and carried my luggage with a cart, and if I asked, they also carried it when I left. The pool was very clean and the room was clean too. The music from the venues below the hotel played all night, making it hard to sleep with that noise; even though they left earplugs in the room, the sound was still audible.

The staff were amazing! The room was perfect! The breakfast was amazing! I didn’t like the loud music that played nightly behind us until 2 or 3 am.

The location was really good. The cleaning could have been better because they didn’t clean the bathroom.

They put us in a room where the air conditioning didn’t work, there was no separate shower, and you had to go straight down to the floor of the bathroom, soaking everything because the hose was short.
