Breakfast was prepared and heated, but only instant coffee was available. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no juice or cereals for breakfast.

The staff were always pleasant and helpful, and the bed linen was fresh and crisp; the room was clean. However, some plug points in my bedroom weren't working, and I couldn't reach a fridge plug to check if it was just unplugged. The shower curtain was a door, and the door knobs had a large unpainted area, suggesting poor replacement. A bit more maintenance would make a huge difference, and the fluffy yellow cushions looked tired; fresh ones would really improve the room.

“So so”

The outside view was gorgeous, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly. Unfortunately, the wheelchair‑accessible room I booked was not accessible at all, the room was cleaned only once during our 3‑day stay, the air‑conditioning was broken and never fixed, and the fridge was super smelly and barely worked.
