I couldn't find anything I liked about the place, and the tie room was absolutely messy.

“Shit hole”

The whole place was a complete mess; it's the worst I've ever stayed in, and having worked all over the UK and the EU, I think it should be shut down. I don't see myself staying there again.

The toilet was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, the security doors were broken, and there weren't enough sockets in the room. I think it should be priced at 15 pounds.

The location and cleanliness were great, but the management was unresponsive—no calls answered and no support messages replied to, which could leave you stranded.

“How is this place legally allowed avoid.”

Nothing positive. My room was taken by a drug user who had just been released from prison; see my Google review with videos. I was put up in the wrong room, and the girl in the room was frightened when I walked in. She then ran out. Prison paperwork was left on the floor along with her weed. The communal corridors were full of various guys just standing around. The front door lock was missing batteries, so anyone could access it. The bathroom was the sort you might expect from homeless and drug users and people just leaving prison—definitely not good.
