“Abszolút pozitív”
We spent five nights in mid‑September at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was incredibly tasty. The room was clean, well‑equipped, and comfortable. Downtown is about a 20‑30 minute walk away, but there are plenty of bikes, scooters, and buggies for rent in the area. On the day we arrived we received a 100 % bike‑rental card, but it only covered that day; we arrived in the evening, so we couldn’t use it, though it was still a nice gesture. There are a lot of cats on the island and at the hotel, so if you eat on the terrace expect to see them; it didn’t bother us, some even fed them, and they were not aggressive. The pool was fine, though the water was very cold for us. On a day when the sea was warmer than the pool, the loungers were still well‑placed. Drinks served at the bar are included in the all‑inclusive package, and you can also purchase extra cocktails. I’m lactose‑intolerant, but I didn’t tell the hotel beforehand. Breakfast offered alternative milks (mostly plant‑based) that I could use with my coffee, but at lunch—especially when I had to get coffee from the bar—I had to pay extra for coconut milk, which was a bit of a downside. The labeling of alternative milks at breakfast wasn’t clear enough, which is important for someone like me who doesn’t want to spend half the vacation waiting for a suitable drink. The only real issue was that during themed nights the dinner options were limited; if I didn’t like the theme (e.g., Mexican cuisine) the only acceptable choices were pizza or fries, whereas in previous hotels I could always get nuggets or plain meat. Otherwise the food was really delicious.
