The shower was the only bright spot. First, they claimed the pool was heated but it was freezing, the pool‑room door was left open, bugs swarmed in, and it was just not enjoyable. Second, the food prices were outrageous, so we ended up grabbing a nasty Wendy’s across the street. In the room there were no trash bags, the bins looked dirty, and the nightly rate was ridiculous. Fruit flies buzzed around, the floor was loud, and by the time I could relax I just wanted to check out. I didn’t even sleep there; I left at about 2 am and drove home alone. There was no microwave, no cable, and nothing else made it a pleasant stay.

“Don’t waste your money here.”

The only thing I liked was how much my kids adored the pool. The staff was extremely rude and put us in a room that was still under construction. I sent photos for proof. When I asked the front office to move us, they said they couldn’t. After speaking to a manager and making a scene, I finally got relocated. The bunk bed was broken, there was a hole behind it, and clothes from a previous guest were still there. The bathroom had no mirror and no light.

“Will not return”

The location was fine, but the HVAC system was broken. Most rooms were unbearably hot and the staff didn’t do much to fix the problem.

It was amazing. Nothing negative—everything was so nice.

Everything was clean.
