“Pas mal”
The staff were friendly, but it was a shame there was no elevator.

The reception team was very kind and polite, the neighborhood felt very peaceful and safe, and the metro was very close.

The stairwells were great.

The hotel’s location is excellent relative to Gare de Lyon and not too far from the city centre, with an elegant interior, but there’s no air‑conditioning, so it gets hot in summer.
