The customer service was friendly and the location gave easy access to a nearby parking lot and the Stowe recreation path. I appreciated being offered an upgraded room at no extra charge upon arrival. The pool and sauna were the highlights, both offering flexible showers, and bathrobes were included in the room for convenience. The charging ports in the mattress were also a nice addition. A short informational sticker outside the sauna could help first‑time users with water bucket placement, how often to add water to the coals, how the timer works, and hygiene guidelines for towels.

“Disappointment”

The hotel room smelled terrible. We asked the staff to clean it, and they did, but the rotten odor persisted. They promised to cancel the final night of our reservation, so we booked elsewhere, only for them to change their minds. The smell and dishonest service were unacceptable.

The location was great and the outdoor area was very relaxing, but the room layout was disappointing.

The property is stunning. The Nordic vibe was so relaxing. The pool, outdoor hottub, fire pits and sauna were all incredible. What a treat!. No notes here
