The welcome was incredible, making us feel like we’d arrived at a family home. The rooms were cozy, protected, and well equipped. The fridge made a bit of noise, but we unplugged it and slept well.

“Très déçus ! prix très élevé en rapport de la prestation !”

The location was right in the city, close to the Centre. We arrived to find no one there to open the door and the hotel closed. A sign listed numbers to call, but the concierge’s bell was broken, as noted. The concierge’s number didn’t answer; the manager’s number was 04 and left a voicemail. We were contacted late later with the excuse that it was a holiday. The next morning, when we left, it was also a holiday since no one was at reception. We only managed to get a key code and a room number that later changed (the front desk said it was all anonymous). The room was small, the bathroom cramped and poorly functional, and the duvet was too small for a double bed. We had to use the winter duvet from the closet to get our own. There was only one towel for two people. A wardrobe door wouldn’t close and the window latch had to be fixed with a DIY solution.

The restaurant’s kitchen offers very good quality food. The staff are smiling and pleasant.
