The room was very small, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was tiny, the shelf was damaged, and the place was very noisy. Breakfast was very limited and there was no mini fridge.

The room was very clean and had a balcony. Breakfast was good. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is great, close to the sea and just 10 minutes from the train station. The bathroom was a bit small.

“Perfetto per un long we”

The garden where breakfast took place was truly enjoyable, and I appreciated that all the items were homemade or from a local baker rather than packaged. The location was excellent and the staff were very kind. The bathroom was very small and the main issue was the lack of hangers behind the bathroom door; we didn’t know where to put the towels. Having a couple of hangers in the room would be useful.

The terrace for breakfast was nice. The overall condition of the room would benefit from a refresh.

Mrs. Francesca was incredibly helpful and always on hand, truly marvelous! The table service was top‑class, the prices were fair and optimal for me, and I would give it 3 stars, not 2.
