The place had a great spot; I was in CDMX for an event at the National Auditorium and the connection to the metro was excellent, plus free parking inside the hotel, so for me everything was fine.

It’s a very affordable hotel, clean and comfortable.

The location and the friendliness and discretion of the staff were great, but I could never connect to the Wi‑Fi, the dining service was very limited due to lack of supplies, and the hot water took a long time to come on, which is bad when you’re in a hurry and lose time waiting.

The location relative to the place I had to reach was great, but there was a lot of outside noise, they should leave the TV remote in the bedroom, they should provide the Wi‑Fi password so you don’t have to ask, and the water was cold.
