The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s location close to the city of Lucerne was convenient. The only drawback was a little street noise while sleeping.

The location near the bus stop was excellent. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were very clean. We stayed in a top‑floor room for three, which offered plenty of space. Breakfast was nice, a bit pricey, but had good variety and was convenient. The only downside was a bit of noise from the main road.

The place was clean, public transport was right outside, and the staff were friendly. A small fridge would have been handy.
