After spending four weeks in Tbilisi, this is by far the best place I’ve stayed! It’s a beautiful, self‑contained guest house that makes you feel at home. The owner is friendly, accommodating, polite, and respectful. The house is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you’d need for a few days or weeks. Plus, it’s in a quiet, family‑neighbourhood area set back from the road, so you can be sure of peace.

The host was fantastic, the room was spacious, comfortable with good beds and couches, and spotlessly clean; there was plenty of kitchenware and appliances, making it a great value and highly recommended.

Communication with the owner was prompt, respectful, and friendly; the place was very clean, well-equipped, and quiet, far from the noisy center, next to the Tbilisi reservoir, offering long walks with great views—I really enjoyed it, thanks to Mr. David’s hospitality.
