Everything – the pools, spa, and sauna – was nice and calm.

The spot was good, but the sauna wasn’t very good: big gaps on the door let heat escape quickly and it wasn’t very clean.

We were looking for a spot to celebrate Mum’s 80th birthday, and Ivory Palms Resort turned out to be perfect for our family of more than 50. Shaun greeted us with a huge smile right away—professional, efficient, friendly, and he made us feel genuinely welcome. We booked the function room for the birthday, and it was exactly the space we needed to bring everyone together and create lasting memories. The resort’s pools kept the whole family entertained, and the kids loved the play areas. Our villas and townhouses were spotless, comfortable, and could house the whole group without issue. Check‑out was quick and easy, which was a relief after a hectic few days. Huge thanks to Shaun and the entire Ivory Palms team for making Mum’s celebration so special. We’ve made beautiful memories that will stay with us for years, and we’ll definitely recommend Ivory Palms to family and friends and come back soon.

The location, the size of the rooms, and the garden were great. The kitchen was really old, and we didn’t use the old, dirty stove plates.
