Hotel Terme Providence

“Il piacere dell’autenticità, la meraviglia del posto, l’eccellenza del servizio e il calore dell’accoglienza!”

The property is stunning and impeccably maintained, the staff are welcoming and professional, the location is great, the view is breathtaking, the kitchen serves excellent food, the wine selection is superb, and the fresh, genuine products are top‑quality; the wellness center offers outstanding treatments. Nothing to complain about.

“Bello e pulito l’hotel e le piscine. Alcune cose da migliorare sia nella colazione che negli arredi della camera.”

The location and the pools are great. However, a few details feel out of place for a 4‑star hotel: the light above the bathroom mirror is harsh, the room phone was missing, paper cups were used instead of glass, and the toiletries came in tiny bottles that were not always replaced. Most places now use larger, greener bottles. The breakfast was good, but the fruit juice was truly awful.

“Wunderschön.”

The location was perfect, and we could even watch the sunset from our balcony. We didn’t miss anything at breakfast. The room was clean and the cleaning lady was very attentive. The pool is a pleasant size and the water pressure was surprisingly good. Unfortunately, the staff, especially the women at reception, were not always attentive; a simple “Buongiorno” would have sufficed. The shower caps were also awkward, mainly because they weren’t consistently checked.

“E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e rilassante. Lo staff e' squisito”

I especially appreciated the friendliness of the staff from reception to the bar and the housekeeping. The setting is amazing, surrounded by greenery, just a short walk from Citara’s beaches, and it offers a spectacular panoramic view. The room was very clean with a stunning view, and the breakfast was delicious. I also liked the shuttle service; the driver took me right to the entrance of Poseidon. Thank you, it was a very pleasant stay and we’ll return. The only downside was that the indoor hot‑tub was closed, which disappointed me. The gym is nice because it’s in the garden, but the equipment doesn’t work and the floor is dirty; overall it’s not well cared for.
