A lovely little hotel with staff who were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was amazing.

I had a pleasant short stay at the Priory Hotel Cartmel, where the breakfast was excellent, the room was well appointed, and the staff were friendly – definitely a place I’d recommend.

The big top‑floor room was beautiful, with a huge bathroom, and it sat right in the heart of the square; however, my husband was disappointed that the pub’s last orders were at 8 pm.
