The staff were super, especially Bala and Napoleon in the club area, and the stay was comfortable—great for single female business travellers. The spa and massage were awesome, though the air conditioning was a bit unreliable and Southern Spice didn’t match Golden Dragon’s quality.

They promised me a refund and I still haven’t received it; meanwhile the room had dirty rugs and spoiled fruit.

Southern Spice Restaurant had an amazing ambience, and Mr Bala was friendly when preparing the morning breakfast and offering hospitality, though the overall hospitality was still lacking.
