The place is a real trip down memory lane, with every corner steeped in history and a touch of nostalgia that makes it stunning; the fridge stocked with chocolates and cups was a sweet surprise, and the staff were friendly and helpful, pointing us to great dinner spots that truly lived up to the hype, making the stay incredibly comfortable.

Cleanliness was spot‑on and the gardens were lovely, while Russ, who escorted us to our rooms, was exceptionally pleasant; the location is great, just a short walk to town, and the overall vibe was quiet and pleasant.
