⚠️ Terrible Stay – Avoid This Place! Rating: 1/5. Our recent cloud‑end stay was a complete disappointment. The service and staff management were unprofessional. The room was uncomfortable and cramped for a couple. We paid extra for breakfast but received a subpar, incomplete meal that wasn’t worth the cost. The absolute worst part was at check‑out: they turned off the lights right at the designated time, which felt petty and incredibly insulting. This was, genuinely, the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

We didn’t take breakfast from the property, but the dinner was unbelievably poor in taste and quality, and it was prohibitively expensive.

We got a room on the second floor, and the morning view from the balcony was really awesome. The rooms were very neat and tidy. Overall, a good experience.

The view from the room was amazing, so choose a balcony room if you can. The staff were fantastic and offered outstanding hospitality. Breakfast isn’t included in the price, and the rates are a bit high. The location and staff were the main positives.
