“Fabulous staff beautiful place could use elevator”

The Saint‑Delis is a one‑of‑a‑kind hotel just a few blocks from downtown Honfluer, and the room, gardens, and staff were amazing; nothing to complain about.

I had a flawless stay, everything was perfect and I couldn't find anything to criticize.

“Great place but not user friendly.”

Breakfast was superb and the room was exceptional; the staff were very helpful and the building looked nice. However, getting to the premises by car was a terrible experience, and trying to raise someone on the intercom to let us in was very difficult. The access is very poor, and it was a miracle I didn’t damage my car. There are no dinner facilities, so we walked to a separate hotel for a tasting menu that, due to a kitchen problem, took hours to arrive. If I’d known about the poor access and dinner arrangements, I wouldn’t have booked.
