“Smart hotel with great facilities”

A lovely hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed the gym and both indoor and outdoor pools. Easy access to the mall and to Salem/Danvers. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the window was great. We loved the omelettes at breakfast. Our daughter lost her phone in the room, so we had to search everywhere for it. We found a lot of dust, hair, and old tissues; a deeper clean around the beds and furniture would have helped.

“Comfortable for the night”

The spot was decent, tucked away in a quiet area yet just a short drive from Burlington Mall, and the outdoor pool looked gorgeous even though I never used it. The bed was super comfy and the room had a fresh new design, plus the K‑Cup machine in the morning offered a nice range of drinks. On the downside, the newly designed room wasn’t very clean; as someone who’s cleaned hotels professionally, I spotted a sticky residue on the counters and beverage rings on both nightstands, and the dresser drawers had dirt inside, so I had to rely on my own wipes.
