The location was fine, but the bath towel was old, the AC wasn’t working properly, and the toiletries were insufficient.

Nothing, and they didn’t give a towel for the bathroom; the staff’s behaviour was too bad.

The stay was good and worth the money, and the location was good, but the bedsheets weren’t clean and when I asked the staff to change them he only swapped the bedspread and refused to change the blanket, yet the sheets remained dirty.
