The location is central in north Pattaya / Naklua, the rooms are beautiful and the hotel itself is very nice; it's quiet and relaxing while still staying central, and the staff are very friendly.

Switching from the 7th to the 2nd floor was no problem at all—thanks a lot! Everything else was super.

The room décor was beautiful, so I guess it's cheap and you get what you pay for! The bathroom was old and didn’t look clean. The breakfast room suffered some flood damage while we were there, and there was a visible water leak in the ceiling. The breakfast itself wasn’t great either.
