Hotel Eminent

The hotel sits nicely in the city center, offers parking (which we didn’t use), has comfortable and fairly large rooms, and the bathroom is part of the room. The staff are pleasant. Breakfast starts at 7 am, which we wanted to use because we needed to leave by half‑past eight. The reception informed us about our plan, but on the second morning nothing was happening in the dining area or kitchen—only hot water for tea and a coffee machine. Only after we approached some hotel staff did anything start. That’s something the hotel should watch out for.

The location is very good, the rooms are pleasantly large, parking is available, and the breakfasts are excellent. The bathroom could use a bit of refurbishment, but otherwise everything is fine.

“Party hotel bez zaujmu o ubytovanych hosti”

The location is quite good and the breakfasts are fine. We were booked from Friday to Sunday. On Saturday there was a wedding. Our room had a balcony that faced the inner block where the wedding guests were smoking, arguing, and shouting loudly. After two complaints about the noise, they only offered us a different room at midnight in the back part of the hotel. They should have anticipated the noise and given us a back‑of‑hotel room from the start. Weddings, parties, and celebrations seem to be the hotel’s main focus. From Saturday morning, the toilet was leaking and didn’t flush, and nobody came to fix it after several urgencies. Cleanliness—there were some clogs in the bathtub drain and the tap had limescale, and the cleaners didn’t seem to be doing their job. The reception was still empty—catastrophe, we would never go back.

I pres potvrzenou rezervaci a zaslani cisel dokladu o nas v den prijezdu nikdo nevedel. Nastesti pokoj byl k dispozici. Snidane v 7:15 uz nebylo nic moc na vyber a nikdo nic nedoplnil. Sedacka v obyvaci casti rozbita. Restaurace otevrena pouze do 17:00 hodin … V den odjezdu domluven pozdejsi check out, ale diky mizerne komunikaci , pokojska pokoj uklidula, vcetne povleceni a odobni vevi “uklidila” do skladu…
