Except for the location, there’s nothing much to appreciate; a car or taxi can’t reach there, and you have to walk almost 200 m with luggage; it doesn’t look like a hotel, it’s a home with just a few rooms converted into hotel rooms, no lift, only very steep steps; the location is very close to Mall Road.

I had a truly memorable stay at Ashoka B&B; the rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and well maintained. The peaceful setting and safe vibe made it ideal for my visit. Staff members were humble and always ready to help with a smile. What set this place apart was the personal attention from the owner, Mr Bhushan, who made sure everything was comfortable and well arranged. Such hospitality is rare these days. Ashoka B&B is undoubtedly one of the best hotels near Kalibari Temple on Mall Road, Shimla, for comfort, cleanliness, and value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shimla and look forward to staying there again.
