The staff were absolutely fantastic, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Everything else about my stay was great, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be raving about.

The window in my room was a major problem - the mechanism just didn't work. That was pretty much the only issue I had, but it was a big one.

The suite and shower were definitely worth the extra cost, but it's a bit of a trek to get to the city centre. Luckily, there's a bus stop nearby with plenty of routes to choose from.

The hotel had a certain charm to it, but it was let down by some pretty basic issues. The staff were friendly, but the cleanliness was a bit of a problem.
