The staff were available, the recreation team was helpful, and the breakfast was good. The afternoon tea time is too close to dinner; it should start at 16:00. The menu lacks clear labels, which needs urgent improvement, and there were not many kid‑friendly options. Some of the red meats served were far below the standard a hotel of this caliber should offer.

The food was very good, and the hotel is well wooded. The facilities are old but well maintained.

The recreation team and the maintenance of the hotel, despite the old family‑room structure, everything else is new and well kept. The sand and grass courts are very good for sports. When we chose All inclusive, we thought the drinks at lunch and dinner were included. I didn’t read anything about that on the site; it might have been missed. We’ve stayed at many all‑inclusive hotels, and only alcoholic drinks were paid for. Here, water and juice were only available at breakfast and afternoon snack. I missed water fountains around the hotel; even the gym has no water, only for purchase.

The environment, the accommodations, the food… everything is excellent. I have no complaints.
