Very noisy hotel, 24 hours plays music, no recommended at all. False photo advertising.

We booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival the front desk told us the room had an issue and offered a different room without a balcony. Because the balcony was the main reason we chose the hotel, we insisted on staying in the original room. The staff refused and we had to move to the temporary room until the next day. We were forced to leave the temporary room at 10 am and only received our booked, fully paid room after 12 pm. We spent a whole paid day in the hallway with packed suitcases, with no apology or compensation.

The location was perfect, but the room was filthy!!

The hotel sits in a great spot, everything is within walking distance. However, the room furnishings are outdated and some furniture was broken.
