What a wonderful spot for relaxing and recharging; the family‑run inn treats guests like relatives. The owner, Gochа, was incredibly attentive, welcoming and helpful, meeting us at the airport, driving us to a café, and guiding us through the Georgian menu while offering fruit and vegetables from his own garden, especially unforgettable fresh figs. He also served a dry wine that was so remarkable we asked to take a bottle home for friends—nothing we’d ever tasted before. We stayed in room 9, which was spacious, cozy and very comfortable, stocked with everything we needed and then some; the cleanliness was flawless, the bed comfy, and the white linens and towels felt truly homely. The balcony view was repeatedly stunning, making us want to linger over it again and again. If you value comfort, cleanliness, airport transfers and genuinely warm hospitality, this place is a safe bet. Thanks to Gochа for his sincere generosity and the superb conditions he provides.

The hotel sits in a quiet, green rural setting on the edge of Batumi, offering a peaceful and pretty atmosphere, with a fairly new building. The rooms are large, clean, and have fully stocked kitchens and balconies overlooking the greenery; the owner was responsive to every request, even arranging paid rides (like Bolt) and the lounge had air‑conditioning, though the inner room of the big apartment lacked AC. The location is a bit remote, so it’s worth considering a car, but we managed without one thanks to the owner’s help.

A quiet family hotel in the mountains. The family is very friendly and ready to solve any practical issues instantly. It’s a bit far from the beach, but a free transfer was included and that posed no problem. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony view was stunning, perfect for watching sunrise and sunset. As a bonus, the hotel gave us a bottle of wine, which was surprisingly nice and very pleasant.

“Самое душевное место в Грузии!”

People say the way you’re received in Georgia shapes your whole impression of the country, and we were lucky to start our adventure with Gochа. During the trip we lodged elsewhere twice, but the warm, heartfelt feeling stayed strongest here. Gochа is an open‑hearted, kind and responsive host who can chat about anything; each morning he greets guests with a genuine smile. He picked us up from the airport, drove us to the lovely Goniо beach in Batumi, and shared his homemade wine, which turned out to be among the best we tasted in the country. The apartments themselves are brand‑new, very stylish, spotless and feature large panoramic windows, plus a full kitchen, balcony and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The grounds are impressive too: the garden hosts a pool and delicious pears, and we especially loved evenings on the roof where tables and cozy lanterns create a perfect setting with breathtaking mountain and night‑time Batumi views. Our heartfelt thanks go to Gochа and his family for such a warm welcome and unforgettable moments—we’ll definitely be back! No negatives to mention.
