I like location and view outside and inside ambiance greenery staff behavior polightness responsive staff. Dealy in providing any types of services pool is dirty might be its not cleaning pool everyday due to hygiene issue I can't enjoyed pool they stop music after 10 not even allow me to play the music mostly people's enjoyed vacation in late might but they not even allow music till 12 food bit expensive as per quality we have to suffer at the time of checking after checking ac is not working we suffer lots of hit and we are already tired because we do drive from long way over all staff behavior is good but services bit late and delayed

The staff were kind and tried to help, the property is spacious and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the access is really bad, the staff seem untrained, and the photos are misleading.

The breakfast was excellent, but the location is bad 😒
The room layout is good, but it isn’t a resort and there aren’t many activities—only the pool attracts guests, yet there are a lot of monkeys, so you can’t swim or even sit on the balcony because of them. The road from Shivpuri main road to the hotel is very dangerous; don’t drive alone unless you’re a skilled driver, as it’s so narrow that only one car can pass at a time.
