The pool was nice, clean, and the staff were very friendly. The curtains in our room weren’t dark enough, so we had to sleep with eye masks.

“Average stay, fabulous foods”

The bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was very good and delicious, exceeding our expectations; the staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to serve. However, the mattress in our triple room was very uncomfortable, causing back aches when we got up because metal wires or springs were broken, indicating a cheap, inferior mattress. A party at night produced loud speaker noise, with booming bass over 100 decibels—such volume isn’t needed for a private event and was very annoying for guests. Hotel management should be more responsible for guest comfort and lower speaker volume during events. Additionally, drunken guests shouted loudly and walked around at noon from a wedding event, forcing us to stay in our room until they left. No wonder this hotel has low ratings.

“La piscine sauve la mise”

The pool was nice. The carpet on the floor of the room was very dirty, the shower was old and defective, and there is a door from the kitchen area that opens onto the restaurant space that scrapes the floor with a sound that feels like it could tear your ears from your head!!! The hotel hosts weddings! No access to the pool during events! Depending on an event or not, the staff are either too present or not enough.
