Very clean and Great service, facilities. The room is big enough for 2 people and cleaning the room daily makes me feel great. The owner is also very great at communication and helpful. Keep it up for these. The only thing I don't feel good about is the location of the hotel. It is on the slope so we have to walk up to the hotel whenever we go downtown or somewhere. The room I chose is said mountain view but we couldn't see any mountain through the window or door

The location is strategic, close to the center yet far enough from the nighttime bustle of Sapa.
