The bathroom drainage was broken and the sewage didn’t drain, so I gave it a 6.0/10.

The shaded complex with a pool was nice, but when checking in a higher price was first demanded and only after 1.5 h could we pay the agreed rate; at checkout an extension cost the full overnight price, though we could at least spend time by the pool before pickup. Overall the place needs urgent renovation, the restaurant is closed, and the receptionist could be friendlier and more customer‑focused, since she relies on guests. I rated it a 7.0/10.

The property is nice, the room was excellent, I had nothing to say about the surroundings since I was just passing through, and there were plenty of restaurants available.
