Samuel the waiter chose the breakfast food well, was courteous and pleasant, and we received everything we requested. The blanket was not warm enough, so it was cold.

The location is great, the staff are very kind and helpful, but for a five‑star property I expected cleaner and more updated surroundings: stained walls, cracked ceilings, a shower full of limescale, a sink that wouldn’t drain, candy wrappers near the bed, a TV without internet, limited breakfast options, and the few items available were subpar.

“Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ein schlechter Service”

The location is right by the lake, which I really appreciated. However, the housekeeping was awful: towels, toilet paper and tissues never got refilled. The breakfast sometimes wasn’t fresh and the staff didn’t restock it enough, and the egg dishes required a complicated procedure to prepare.
