Everything was very good.

The room was spacious, and the night‑time front desk offered free room upgrades, but the old rooms had rusted taps, the breakfast was poor, and the most glaring issue was the terrible attitude of the restaurant staff— they didn’t even stand up to greet guests, used their phones during service, and were neither friendly nor helpful.
