“Good staff compensates a few shortcomings”

The location is prime and the staff are very professional and receptive, yet the premises need some revamping, the rooms are very small, and there are few amenities for a steep price.

We always choose this place because the location is unbeatable, but the bathroom has been a bit worn from use, the faucet didn’t work well, and the paint had peeled.

The staff were cordial, yet they never removed the welcome plate with the brownie, which I couldn’t eat because it had mold; that was not acceptable for cleanliness.

The location is great, close to many restaurants and nice sites, but the room assigned to me faced the cleaning crew’s storage area, where doors were constantly opened and closed, and the elevator was loud inside the room; the housekeeping service was only until 3 a.m. on Sundays, which I feel is unreasonable for the price.
