It’s hard to judge the establishment on its own; we had a last‑minute emergency that forced us to shorten our stay, and the reservation was non‑cancellable. We reached out four days before arrival to see if we could postpone or receive a goodwill gesture, but the hotel gave us radio silence. We tried contacting them by email, phone, and directly through Booking, and they never responded. I find that extremely disrespectful; even a simple apology would have sufficed. Saying “sorry, but your stay is non‑cancellable, we can’t do anything” is unpolite. Given their communication style, I think this is a place best avoided.

“Wish we had more than one day!”

The community areas were fantastic, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The beds were comfy and the staff were a lot of fun; Ricardo, in particular, was very friendly.

The bathroom had mold, the toilet seat was loose, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, and nobody came to fix it.

“Um agradável hotel na agradibilissima Sintra”

Almost everything was fine, I’d recommend it; it’s pleasant and well run. The lack of parking, the slow elevator on the third floor, and the delayed door closure were the only negatives.
