The staff were friendly. The hotel grounds had pavilions where you could have breakfast and relax. The large room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including comfy beds, a fridge, and an AC. The Wi‑Fi on the third floor was weak, and not all windows had screens, so insects flew into the room.

I stayed in a spacious room that had all the standard comforts: towels, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes – something you still don’t always find in Borov. The staff were attentive and friendly, exactly what you expect (I’ve been to Balchash where it’s still USSR in that regard). Outside the hotel was quiet, no loud music like on the main street of the village, and there was a breakfast bottle in the room. On the downside, the walls were gypsum and you could hear neighbors whispering in the room. The road to the hotel from the main street was completely unpaved, with huge potholes that hit my car’s belly several times.

The room was nice; the kids slept separately and the hotel provided everything needed for hygiene. It was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is just a 5‑10 minute walk from the center. Breakfast (porridge) is included, and if you want a sauna you can book it for 7000. Prices through the booking site are a bit higher. The rooms are spacious. The only drawback is that there is no breakfast choice – you can only get a mini‑buffet with sausages, salsichas, eggs, lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Otherwise the porridge, bread with butter, and cheese are tasty.
