I had a terrible experience: I wanted to add another night, called the hotel, and they said I could use the same card, but the next day they charged me 996 dollars—an outrageous, shameless robbery. They should treat customers with dignity and avoid excessive charges; it was a real horror.

The hotel was close to the airport, yet the room felt dark even with the lights on, and the air conditioner leaked.
