The room met its needs for a rugby visit for two men, but the hotel was a little hard to find after a 5 hr drive, as was the sister hotel that issued us our key; it relied on electric heating, so the room was very cold on arrival and you had to leave your key inside to keep the heating on.

The hotel was close to the train station and fit our needs for a one‑night stopover, but the reception isn’t manned and the front door is locked, so you have to call them to check in and out.

I didn't get breakfast, but the local vibe was fine and the staff didn't speak my language. The cleaning crew came from a separate company. The bed and room furnishings were top‑grade. TV reception was weak at first but improved after a day. I wished a technician was on hand. Nothing else to complain about.
