The room was clean and had everything we needed, and Mario arrived on time for the handover and was friendly. The only downside was that breakfast is about 2,5 km away at the castle in the old centre.

The front garden was nice and the parking was right nearby, plus a well‑sorted supermarket was 180 m away; there was a small balcony with a table and armchair. We didn’t realise that breakfast was served about 4 km away.

“Bella camera”

The property was very welcoming, with impeccable cleanliness that’s rare for B&Bs; the beds are comfortable with nearby power outlets and lights, the room is quiet, and parking is easily accessible right under the house, which is normal for a residence area. The balcony is a gem, livable with a small table and chairs, and the air conditioning works well. The only issue was that reaching the centre required a car; it’s very far on foot. I also didn’t like that the included breakfast meant going to their bar in town from 8 to 10, whereas I expected a buffet or an Italian breakfast inside the residence as suggested on Booking, so we didn’t use it. Additionally, the room keys were common keys for internal doors, and our key was the same as the one for the private external bathroom; I’m not sure if the other two rooms had the same key.

La struttura è vicinissima a una bellissima spiaggia, circa 6 minuti a piedi, e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Promenade, la strada principale con bar, ristorante e vita notturna. La casa ha un cortile esterno con tre sdraio, un tavolino con 4 sedie e un grande ombrellone per il sole; il posto fuori è perfetto per le cene e i momenti di relax, inoltre la cucina è molto attrezzata di ogni tipo di elettrodomestici, stoviglie e piatti. L’unico problema che ho riscontrato è che la porta delle camere non si chiudeva, non restavano neanche accostate, una cosa un po’ negativa per la privacy.
