Almost nothing was good and it was very dirty; the same applies to the negative side.

The breakfast is very tailored to local guests, the place and surroundings are pleasant, but unfortunately too many motor vehicles on the beach for such a peaceful spot. The access to the property could be better; it still seems under construction, hopefully it improves.

The spot is right by the beach, a bit up a hill, giving an insane view, especially when having breakfast beside the sand. Everything was great, but a bit slow—patience required—and the toilet broke right away, flooding the bathroom.

Everything is fine overall. The staff moves very slowly and you have to ask for food or drinks by yourself at the pool; no one comes to ask if you need anything. The hotel still has many construction sites you have to walk through.
