I had a great time at Cherai Beach Palace; the service was exceptional, especially Nikhil and Chotu. The location is really good, the room was also good. I will definitely return to this property on my next visit to Cherai and I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Cherai Beach Palace and it was amazing! The manager and staff were super attentive and took care of us without any trouble. The hotel sits right on Cherai Beach, so we could relax and enjoy sea views, and there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a peaceful and welcoming place in Cherai. The only small hiccup was that the hot water supply ran low sometimes, which might be a common issue around Cherai rather than the hotel itself; it didn’t ruin our stay, just something to keep in mind.

The staff were friendly and the food was great, and the ambience was attractive. However, the courtesy items weren’t refilled properly.
