Clean, quiet, and on a lovely little hill. The staff were polite and kind. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was basic, cramped, and the kitchen staff did their best. The property could be wonderful, but it feels sad and almost abandoned. The pool isn’t well maintained, the jacuzzi is downright dirty, the green areas are neglected, halfway through the week I had to ask for towels, and the bathroom in the room was defective and poorly maintained.

The spot was convenient for getting to the main Tuscan cities, but our apartment was in terrible shape, no air‑conditioning, the TV was unusable because it lacked an antenna cable, and the pool wasn’t exclusively for guests (though I didn’t see any sign about that). We had to “adapt” to the situation, and it’s disappointing when promises aren’t fulfilled. I wouldn’t recommend it.

“Relaxed verblijf op een mooie plek met prima restaurant.”

The location was great and the restaurant served a lovely wine list. Nothing else to add.

“Pausa relax nel verde”

The property sits quietly in the Tuscan countryside, with a stunning pool and outdoor area that we enjoyed. The owners were very friendly. The only drawback was that the second bed was a slightly uncomfortable futon; we shared the larger bed (which was fine) for just one night, so it wasn’t a major issue.
