We had an amazing time at Hacienda Tres Lagos – the setting is stunning and our room offered a jaw‑dropping view of the lake. The staff greeted us warmly and the restaurant meals, plus the breakfast, were spot on. Seeing the horses roaming and the friendly dogs and cats added a nice touch; we can’t wait to go back.

Location couldn't be better – right in the middle of everything. The room was spotless, comfy, and the view was impressive. Everything felt tidy and well‑kept, making the stay enjoyable.

The room was gorgeous, tucked in a separate house with a unique layout and a comfy bed. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The only hiccup was getting into the house and the room – a bit confusing at first.
