The bed sheets were washed but still had stains, and the hallway carpet smelled like urine. The overall cleaning was terrible, the sheets were awful, and it was just disgusting.

It’s well‑situated in the city centre near restaurants, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. However, we could only choose between TV or Wi‑Fi depending on the floor, the breakfast was mediocre, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily.

Good value for money, comfortable mattress, quiet environment, air‑conditioning, desk, and a convenient spot next to the highways. The old service desk was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is quiet, clean, and the staff are friendly, but the shower cabin is narrow and the location could be better.
