Comprehensive house and good hygiene. Car parking is a little bit a challenge

The place is centrally located, but the room I ended up in was terrible—definitely not what was advertised. It had a broken toilet, a rusted sink, a makeshift bathroom, and no kitchenette, just a shared kitchen. The door was broken, electrical cables were lying on the floor, and there was no air conditioning as promised. The headboard was missing too.
