Even though I told the owner that there was no wifi connection in our room, he never responded to my messages. Lack of interest, I don't want to stay again.

A staff member was very friendly, let us store our luggage for free, and the room was spotless.

The place is great, you can walk to everything and the metro is close; the room is good and they made early‑morning check‑in easy. The shower water came out cold and never got hot.
