Not accommodating to our requests with 3 adults. Sleeper sofa was the only option for the first night and very uncomfortable. No ride available from airport, not reliable. Staff was not responsive to needs and seemed very poorly run

We didn’t experience any issues. The room seemed small and very cramped.
The location was great, but the toilet seat was dirty.

Edwin was the best shuttle person we could’ve asked for, incredibly accommodating.

Everything was perfect! The only downside was that the breakfast was a little expensive.
