The location is convenient, and the entrance is secure. The staff went out of their way to accommodate a last‑minute reservation and an early check‑in because I had a cancellation elsewhere. There’s no free parking, and the pool area had a strong chlorine smell with no ventilation.

The hotel was cleaner and better maintained than other Hilton spots. Parking was an issue, and the breakfast could use more salt and pepper.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast tasted great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The entrance looked funky, and parking was pricey.

The hotel is close to the hospital. The breakfast staff were extremely rude. I went down at 8:30 to grab coffee and asked for a plate to take fruit to my room; he said, “NO we don’t do that” in a rude tone. I went back up to finish getting ready and came down again at 2 minutes past nine, only to find everything already put away. I told him “oh everything is put away at 9,” and he replied, “yeah it’s over at 9.” I’ve never been treated so poorly.
